Shugetsu Vintage Sake ‘Toki no Shokunin’ (R6)
The sake brewed with the skills of the Tamba Toji is finished by a craftsman known as ‘Toki’ (time). Initially brewed in 2008, it has taken over 15 years to produce a rich yet easy-to-drink aged sake. It goes perfectly with beef and pork dishes, as well as with wild game meat dishes.
