Hanakoushi is a small soba noodle restaurant located at the corner of a townscape of tsumairi-style (gabled-roof) merchant houses.

Only domestic buckwheat grains are used, and they are ground with a stone mill every morning, allowing customers to enjoy the aroma and sweetness of the buckwheat. Juwari soba, noodles made from 100% buckwheat flour, are served at this restaurant.

Please drop in when you take a walk through Kawaramachi.
