It is a small soba noodle restaurant at a corner of the townscape with Tsumairi style merchant houses.
We use only domestic buckwheat grains and grind them fresh with a stone mill every morning, so that the customers can enjoy the aroma and sweetness of the buckwheat. We serve Juwari soba, or soba noodles made from 100% buckwheat flour.
Please drop in when you take a walk in Kawaramachi.
