Sakura Matsuri (Tambasasayama Cherry Blossom Festival) will be held to welcome visitors eager to enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms at various locations throughout the city.

Sakura Value Eats will be held from March 29th to April 6th!
To help visitors enjoy the cherry blossoms in the city, Hanami Bentos and sweets—available for a limited time or with special offers—will be available at various stores throughout the city♪
*Restaurant seating capacity in Tambasasayama is limited, and during cherry blossom season, restaurants often become very crowded, making it difficult for many visitors to find a place for lunch. We recommend that you either make reservations in advance or use a take-out service.
Spring Taste Festival Haru-no-Ajimatsuri will be held on April 5th and 6th!
As the finale of the Tambasasayama Cherry Blossom Festival held during the cherry blossom season, Haru-no-Ajimatsuri (Spring Taste Festival) will be held again this year. Tambasasayama, a treasure trove of culinary delights, has delicious specialties waiting just for you! Many of the top restaurants in the city will be participating in this event. The Tamba Ware Market, along with the Natural Wood Market, which is perfect for DIY projects, is also popular.

Ohanami at Mayor’s Office
The Mayor’s Office in Tambasasayama City Hall will be open to the public during the cherry blossom blooming season at Sasayama Castle Ruins. Come and enjoy the panoramic view of the castle’s cherry blossoms. Opens at 10:00am – 4:00pm. Saturdays and Sundays are also available.
