It is a restaurant serving authentic kaiseki and creative cuisine that values seasonal ingredients, located in the rural area spreading in the Tambasasayama basin. Fresh fish are from Akashi Port, Maizuru Port, and Osaka Central Market to go with the local organic vegetables, and Koshihikari brand rice from Tamba. We are welcoming you with lunch set meals such as seafood bowl, grilled fish, tempura, Shokado-style Compartment Bento, lunch banquet dishes, and for dinner, we offer single item dishes and kaiseki dishes that emphasize the sense of the season. Botan nabe and soft-shelled turtle nabe are also available with reservation.
