The dough is coated with pizza sauce that is full of taste(umami) in the sourness and sweetness of tomatoes. When baked in a stone kiln, the dough becomes crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! We use flavorful cheese directly delivered from Hyuga Ranch, which, combined with fragrant texture of the dough, is sure to whet your appetite!
In addition to the side menus such as pasta and salads, we serve drinks as well. The homemade ginger ale is very popular.
