November 17th (Sun) [Free Participation / Reservation Required] Hiking Event – Oyama no Sato Historical Walk

We will hold a walking event starting and ending at JR stations to promote the use of the JR Fukuchiyama Line.

This hiking event can also be accessed via JR from the Keihanshin area.Please come and join us!

 

This time, we will explore the ancient tombs, shrines, and legendary mountain castles associated with Kukai that remain at ‘Oyama no Sho.’

 

[Itinerary]

Gather at JR Takarazuka Line Sasayamaguchi Station — (Free Bus) — Ikeziri Shrine, Jitoukan— Ichiindani (the original form of Oyama-shouen) — Koda Shrine — Otte Shrine — Wakareji Bridge (Legend of Izumi Shikibu) — Machiura Tomb — (Free Bus) — End at JR Sasayamaguchi Station

 

Hiking Details

[Meeting] JR Sasayamaguchi Station West Exit at 9:15 am

[Ending] JR Sasayamaguchi Station West Exit at around 3:00 pm

[Distance] Approximately 10 km (suitable for physically fit participants)

[Participation Fee] Free

[What to Bring] Please bring your own lunch, drinks, rain gear, etc. (There are no convenience stores nearby)

[Attire] Clothing suitable for hiking
