Tambasasayama Kancha, winter tea , Making Experience

Tambasasayama has the largest amount of tea production in Hyogo Prefecture. In fact, tea cultivation has been going on since the Heian period, 1200 years ago.
Kancha is produced during the winter. It contains almost no caffeine and is characterized by its sweetness and clean taste.
