10:00-10:30 Tamba Tea Urn and Komusos (Zen monks) procession
(from Chanosato Kaikan hall to  Daikokuji)
11:00-11:30  Opening Ceremony (at Chanosato Kaikan hall area)
11:45- 15:30 Performances and other activities (at Chanosato Kaikan hall area)
13:30-14:00 Tea picking ladies’ photo session (at the tea plantation)
*Ladies in traditional tea picking costumes

14:35-15:35  Bingo competition

15:50-16:00 Mochimaki

※Mochimaki is an event of scattering rice(mochi)cakes for people

・Food Square, Fureai Bussan Market (sales of first flush green tea leaves and fresh vegetables, etc.)
・Tasting and sales of first flush tea
・Tea picking and Hand-kneading experience (charged, 10am – 4pm)

Access

Approx. 3.2km from JR Sasayamaguchi station to the venue.
It takes about 45 minutes on foot, and 20 minutes by bicycle.
Free shuttle buses from the West Exit of JR Sasayamaguchi Station (about 10 minutes)
